a friend of mine when i was a kid got me off the street and in his dojo and ask why i was involved with a bad group so i told himi was bored and was in a foster home at the time so he asked what i wated out of my life. i told him i didnt know but wha he was teaching looked kool. boy did i learn it wasnt lol. it was hard at first with a very hot temper but he taught me how to controll myself and my temper. and it went from there.

Hi Karen, I belong to a private school Denny Strecker's Karate and fitness. It is a progressive school that promote self developmnet through martial arts. The roots of our style is Shorienji ryu karate but is also a blend of Kenpo, and many grappling arts. I have 7 years with this school and 1 year in Taekwondo.
